今回は、道産子のあなたへ「2021年｜人生を変える行動3選」というテーマで話をしていきます。
僕は今でこそ、個人で稼ぎ自分で会社を経営して自由に生きていますが、
昔はあなたのように「人生変えたい！」と思っているけど、なかなか変われずにいました。
自己啓発本を読んで「よっしゃやるぞ！」と思っても、３日後にはまたダラダラした生活をしてたり、
２０歳のときに「今のままの生活が嫌だ！本気で人生変えたい！」と思ってオーストラリアに海外留学したけど、結局日本人の友だちと群れて帰ってきても何も変わってない。
むしろ旅費でマイナスみたいなことを繰り返してました。
そんな僕でも「人生を変える行動をしたことで成功できました」
平凡な僕でもできたので、あなたにもできます。

では、さっそくいきます。
なぜ多くの人は変われないのか？
理由は簡単で、人間の脳は変化を嫌うからです。
理由は、ホメオスタシス（恒常性）によるものです。
・ホメオスタシスとは
暑い時に汗をかいたり
ウィルスが入ったから熱をあげてウィルスと戦ったり
今の状態を維持するための本能です。
健康を考えた時にこの恒常性維持機能は素晴らしい役割を果たすのですが
「成長」という観点から見て
新しいものを受け入れない。
やったことがないことをやるのを嫌がる。
変化を嫌う。
という悪い方に作用してしまいます。
コレを知らないから、
変化できない自分に対して、
「なんて俺はだめなやつなんだ＞＜」と思ってしまいます。
でも、なぜ変われないのか理解していれば、変わろうとしたときに
「あっ前の生活に戻そうとしてるな！このホメオタシスめ！」
と楽観的に考えることができますよね^^
では、次にじゃあどうやって変わるのか？
道産子の僕が人生を変えた方法について話します。
最初に言っておきますが、３つ目が一番効果あります。
人生を変える行動その１
目的地（ゴール）を決める。
旅行するときに目的地を決めてなかったらどうなりますか？
途中で「何してんだろう」ってなって、結局、家に戻りますよね。
人生も一緒で目的地を決めてないと、
途中で元いた場所に戻ろうってなります。
自分はどういう人生を歩みたいのか？決めましょう！
僕の場合は、個人で稼いで「場所に縛られない生活を手にして、海外に住みたい！」でした。
いますぐ、スマホのメモにゴールを書き出しましょう^^
人生を変える行動その2
成功者に会うこと
です。
なぜ、人にあうことが重要なのかは、
僕が好きな実験の話で伝えます。
ある水槽にピラニアとピラニアの大好物の小魚を入れます。
最初は当然食べますが、
ここで真ん中に透明な仕切りをいれて、小魚を食べれないようにします。
最初は壁にぶつかっていきますが、次第にあちらへはいけないと諦めます。
ここからがおもしろくて、そのアクリル板をとったらどうなると思いますか？
・・・・
ピラニアは小魚を食べに行かないんです。
食べれないと思いこんじゃうんですよ。そこに壁なんてないのに。
じゃあ、どうすればピラニアが小魚を食べられるようになると思いますか？
それは、新しいピラニアをもう一匹入れるだけです。
新しいピラニアは、壁があったことなんて知らないので、すぐに食べに行きます。
それをみて、諦めていたぴらにあも行動するんです。
これって僕ら人間界でも同じですよね。
本当は、月収１００万円稼ぐことは難しくないのに、周りにそういう人がいないから、できないと思いこんでいる。
だから、成功している人にあって、その壁をなくすんです。
人は自分が想像できることしか実現できません。
目の前に成功者がいれば、「自分にもできる！」と行動できるようになるんです！
SNSでつながってたり、テレビで見るだけじゃ実感がわかないので、会うことが大事です。
だって東京でめちゃくちゃ稼いでいる人をinstaで見ても、それは遠い国の話で自分には関係ないと思いますよね。
人生を変える行動その３
ここまで２つ紹介しましたが、ぶっちゃけこれが一番大事です。
人生を変える行動その３は「窮地に追い込むこと」
人は、結局緊急性がないと行動できません。
あなたはテストの１ヶ月まえから準備して勉強できるタイプでしたか？
僕はそうではなかったです。
テストの前日に徹夜で必死に追い込んでました。
きっとこの動画を見ているあなたもそうだと思います。
つまり、多くの人は緊急事態にならないと頑張れないんです。
だから、
・お金を払って学ぶ。
・会社を辞める
・学校を辞める
・ひとり暮らしを始める
・海外に移住する
こうやって。やるしかない状況を作ります。
僕は、会社をやめて安定した給料を捨てたことでもう稼ぐしかないというテストの前日のような日々を作り出しました。
では、今すぐ人生を変える！具体的なアクションを伝えます。
動画を見ただけで、行動しなければ意味がありません。
数ある面白いYoutubeがある中で、「こんな個人で稼ごう」みたいな動画を最後まで見たあなたならできます！
もうこの時点で一歩抜きん出ています。
あとは勇気を持って一歩踏み出すだけです^^
では、具体的なアクションですが、
「成功者に連絡をしましょう！」
会うのが難しければ、ZOOMでも良いです。
「どんな生活をしているのか？」
「どんな考え方をしているのか？」
「なぜ成功できたのか？」
たくさん質問しましょう！
あなたが無意識に作った壁がなくなり、「自分にもできそう！成功できるんだ」と思えます。
僕もタイでたまたま成功者にあって、人生が変わりました。
