これは必須！
最近だと逆に有名すぎるので、
10位にしておきました。
テレビは、最悪の時間泥棒です。
何気なくつけてて、気づいたら２時間とか３時間平気で奪われている。
また、受け身になって毎日求めていない情報を浴びせられ続けるのって、
常に脳がハッキングされてウイルスに侵されている状態になっているってことです。
テレビは本当に卒業をおすすめします。
人生で捨てるべきもの第9位 財布
今の時代、財布はもう必要ないですよね。
僕は財布の代わりにこれを持ち歩いています。
カードが入れられるタイプのスマホケースです。
ここにクレジットカードと免許証をいれてます。
また現金でどうしても必要な時のためにここに1万円1枚と5000円札1枚、そして1000円札4枚を入れています。
ただ使ったことはほとんどないです。

ポイントカードもね要らないです。
レジでね、毎回ポイントカードお持ちですか？
って聞かれるのあれ、迷惑すぎません？
最悪の時間泥棒です。
１００円で１ポイント、１円分ですよね、

もちろん、お金を軽視しているわけではありません。
あの時間がなくなればモット有効に時間を使えるし、
また、財布がかさばらなくなるので、
持たないメリットの方が大きいと僕は思っています。

確かに部屋にソファーがあったらくつろげますけど、
そのソファーでくつろいでる時間冷静に考えてみると、
めちゃくちゃ時間無駄にしてませんか？
なので僕はソファーを使いません。
またこれは男子限定の話ですが、
「女の子がきたときに、ソファーなかったら困るだろ！」
っていう童貞くんいませんか？

もし、ソファーとベッドがあったら、
女子はソファーに座るよね？

もうね、 絨毯・カーペットは雑菌の温床です。

まあ、さすがに１枚とかにする必要はないですが、
多くても１週間分、着回すくらいが良いと思いますね。

男でも、脱毛した方がいいです。
毛をそるという行為は、時間も無駄ですし肌にとってとにかく悪いです。
僕はね、全身つるつるです。
ところてんみたいになってます。
全身脱毛だったらちょっと高いですけど、
髭脱毛だったら３万くらいので費用対効果はかなり高いです。
３万円で、毎日のひげそり時間が手に入るんですよ？
コスパ良すぎです。

保険です。
ただ、車持っている人は、自動車保険はメリットの方が大きいので入ったほうが良いです。
でも、その他の保険はいりません。
病気になったらどうするんだ！って人がいますが、
日本だと、高額療養費制度があるので、10万円位を超えるとそれ以上は払う必要がなくなります。
きっと大体の人が、
保険に入っている理由って、みんな入ってるからですよね。
